| A. | Most diamonds will be approximate in weight however, depending on the cut of the stone; diamond weight can vary in size depending on depth and proportion. | ||||||||
| Q. | Can I buy a ring without the center stone? I have a center diamond that my grandmother left to me and I want to use it. | ||||||||
| A. | Yes, you can either purchase a ring (without the center stone) you like from our website, or we can custom build a ring to your specifications using pictures, sketches etc. |

| Q. | I saw a ring on your website, but I was wondering if I can get it in yellow gold instead of white gold? | ||||||||
| A. | Yes, rings can be made in white gold, and yellow gold. We also offer platinum and palladium but you will have to call to special order rings in these metals. Silver will be offered for select items only. | ||||||||
| Q. | How long will it take for my item to arrive once I have paid for it? | ||||||||
| A. | Once funds have cleared, it will take approx. 3-4 weeks for purchase to arrive, since most items are individually hand crafted. However, items in stock should take 1-2 weeks to receive your purchase. | ||||||||

| A. | We work hard to answer all of your questions as soon as possible. Usually an answer will be sent to you within 24-48 hours. It may take longer on weekends, holidays, or for questions sent after 5pm on business days. | ||||||||

| A. | Rings can be resized at a nominal cost; however some rings cannot be resized due to the design of the ring. All rings will be given a one time courtesy resize, up to one size, within 14 days. | ||||||||

| A. | Courtesy appraisals come with all diamond rings at no additional cost to you. All our diamonds are graded by a GIA graduate gemologist. | ||||||||

To continue this protection, we will provide for you, at no additional cost, a complete and detailed appraisal certified by a GIA graduate gemologist. We highly recommend you submit your appraisal to your insurance company for continued coverage of your purchase. If an item received is damaged, defective or is the incorrect item, a refund or exchange will be credited to you. | ||||||||
