- Returns are accepted only if the item is not as described.
- We guarantee a full refund, excluding shipping, insurance and/or modification fees, if we are notified within 7 days of receipt that you wish to return the item. Please notify our customer service department for an authorization number.
- Any item that has been sized or modified by the customer after receipt is non-returnable.
- All items must be returned in original condition. Please include original packing material and include a copy of original invoice, appraisal, and return authorization number.
- Please allow 5 to 7 business days to process your refund after your item is received at our facility.
- All return items are subject to reappraisal. There will be a 20% stocking charge for all returned items.
- Refunds are made in the same form as payment as received for the merchandise.
- Shipping and alteration fees are non refundable
- The buyer is responsible for escrow (if required), shipping and insurance fees. Insurance is mandatory on all transactions, the cost of which is a flat fee determined by value and customer location.
- We accept Visa/MC/Discover through our web site's secured and encrypted credit card processing form or through PayPal. If payment is made with PayPal, we only ship to U.S. domestic Paypal confirmed addresses and international verified members of PayPal. We will ship to any address if you pay via money order. Buyer must sign for merchandise upon delivery.
- Sales tax is 8.00% for California State residents.
